We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established seafood processing company, for an experienced Quality Controller to join their team.
This is a hands-on role within a busy fish processing environment, working directly on the production line to ensure product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance. This opportunity has the potential to transition from ongoing temporary to permanent for the right candidate.
Monday to Friday (and the occasional Saturday) | 4:30am – 1:30pm and/or 3:30pm (Morning Shift)
Sunday to Thursday | 7:30pm - 4:30am (Nightshift)
You will be actively working on the line, monitoring production processes, conducting quality checks, and performing swab testing to maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards.
Must be living in and legally entitled to work in New Zealand – NZ / Aust Citizenship, NZ Permanent Residency or Open Work Visa. Please do not apply if you are out of NZ or if seeking visa sponsorship.
