As a qualified teacher, you'll be at the heart of our mission to shape brighter futures for children across Aotearoa. This role requires:

• NZQA approved qualification in early childhood teaching
• full registration with the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand

Key responsibilities:

• Implement curriculum aligned with Te Whāriki, adapting quickly to different center environments.
• Contribute to planning and evaluation of learning programs that respond to children's interests.
• Create inclusive, equitable learning opportunities that celebrate diversity
• Document children's learning through profile books and e-portfolios as needed.
• Maintain professional standards and stay current with ECE best practices.

Qualifications and experience:

• NZQA approved qualification in early childhood teaching (required).
• Full registration with the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand (required).
• Current practicing certificate (required).
• Experience working with young children in various ECE settings.
• Ability to use initiative and adapt to new environments quickly.
• Commitment to quality practice and the principles of Te Whāriki.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
