Job summary

Blueline Plumbing, Gas & Heating is looking for an experienced, qualified plumber to join our North Shore team. You will be confident on the tools, take ownership of jobs, and communicate well with customers and other trades.

The role offers full-time, Monday to Friday work with a take-home company vehicle and a company phone, plus ongoing training and development. Join an established team supporting growth and apprenticeships.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently
• High standard of workmanship
• Able to organise and run jobs
• Good communication with customers and other trades
• Reliable and organised
• Works well with apprentices and other tradesmen
• Full NZ driver licence

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of plumbing work across Auckland including commercial fit-outs, high-end residential renovations, maintenance and fault finding.
• Install and service hot water systems and gasfitting.
• Handle drainage, hydronic and underfloor heating, solar hot water and larger plumbing projects.

Blueline Plumbing, Gas & Heating is looking for an experienced qualified plumber to join our growing North Shore team.

We're after someone who is confident on the tools, takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers and can take ownership of a job without needing constant supervision.

The work

We do a wide range of plumbing work across Auckland, including:

• Commercial fit-outs
• High-end residential renovations
• Maintenance and fault finding
• Hot water systems
• Gasfitting
• Drainage
• Hydronic and underfloor heating
• Solar hot water
• Larger plumbing and heating projects

You won't be stuck doing the same type of work every day.

Who we're looking for

You’ll ideally be someone who:

• Is a NZ qualified plumber
• Can confidently work independently
• Produces a high standard of workmanship
• Can organise and run jobs
• Communicates well with customers, builders and other trades
• Takes responsibility for their work
• Is reliable and organised
• Works well with apprentices and other tradesmen
• Has a full NZ driver licence

Gasfitting and/or drainlaying experience would be a bonus, but it's not essential.

We’d rather employ an excellent plumber with the right attitude than someone with every ticket who isn't the right fit.
