Job summary

Industry Skills Boards in New Zealand seeks a Qualifications Development Facilitator to engage with industry and providers to develop and maintain qualifications, standards, and micro-credentials supporting vocational education. You will manage multiple projects, translate complex concepts for industry and educators, and contribute to a diverse range of sectors.

The role supports te ao Māori perspectives, with remote or Wellington-based working arrangements in a fast-evolving team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in design and development of qualifications, standards and/or programmes for vocational education.
• Knowledge of NZQA quality assurance systems is beneficial.
• Competency in te reo Māori me ōna tikanga including mātauranga Māori valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects to deadlines, including facilitating diverse groups (face-to-face and online) to produce products.
• Translate complex technical concepts for industry and education experts to ensure robust dialogue.
