Job summary

John Fillmore Contracting (JFC) in Auckland, NZ, seeks a QA/QHSE professional to own the management system health nationwide. The role covers ISO conformance, writing, auditing, and performance reporting with travel between Auckland and Wellington.

The candidate will lead internal audits, develop procedures, and drive KPI reporting to senior leadership while maintaining documented controls across sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a quality, QHSE, or auditing role
• Sound working knowledge of ISO 9001, with internal auditor training (ISO 19011) and audit delivery experience
• A genuinely good writer who creates clear procedures for on-site use
• Confident with data, KPI reporting and dashboards in Excel (Power BI a bonus)
• Full, clean NZ driver licence and willingness to travel regularly between divisions

Responsibilities

• Keep our quality system conforming to ISO 9001, and support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 through audits
• Write and revise procedures, work instructions, and forms from ISO clauses and client specs
• Deliver the national internal audit programme end to end
• Own monthly QHSE and KPI reporting for the executive team and board
• Keep controlled document suite current and consistent across divisions
