You will develop, implement, and maintain QA systems to ensure product integrity and regulatory compliance, guiding a team to uphold the highest standards.

The role requires a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of ISO 9001 and GMP, proven audit experience, and the ability to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field.
• Minimum of 7 years in Quality Assurance with at least 3 years in a management role.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP).
• Proven experience conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust QA strategies and procedures.
• Oversee QA for all manufactured products.
• Lead and mentor the QA team with training and guidance.
• Conduct internal audits and manage external audits for compliance.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement CAPAs.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and regulatory affairs to ensure lifecycle quality.
