Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in public sector consulting, government administration, or policy analysis.
• Understanding of public sector operations, challenges, and reform agendas.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to work with quantitative and qualitative data.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the analysis of public sector service delivery models and operational processes.
