Job summary

nib is seeking a Provider Network Analytics Lead to turn charging, claims and utilisation data into clear commercial insights that help manage cost inflation and shape network design. You will analyse provider charging across the network and develop models to identify fair patterns while highlighting outliers.

You will document assumptions and methodologies and translate findings into concise recommendations that support provider negotiations, network strategy and better member outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in analytics, commercial insights, healthcare, insurance or network strategy.
• Ability to build models, test scenarios and assess commercial impacts.
• Experience with pricing, claims costs, utilisation trends and provider performance.
