Job summary

Fluid Recruitment is assisting a highly regarded Canterbury law firm to hire into its private client team. The role blends residential conveyancing, estate planning, EPOAs, trusts and asset protection, with strong mentorship and exposure to complex matters.

You will manage your own files, maintain direct client contact, and build relationships with private individuals, owner-managed businesses and rural clients.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years PQE in private client and property law.
• Strong drafting, advisory, and file management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders.

The Role

A role that incorporates both property and private client aspects, you will be advising a diverse client base across residential conveyancing, estate planning, EPOAs, trusts and asset protection. You will manage your own files, have a high level of direct client contact, and exposure to a broad range of complex and rewarding matters through strong mentorship.

• 2 - 5 years' PQE in private client and property law
