About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join its team in Wellington. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys working across a broad range of matters and wants exposure to complex and interesting client work while remaining part of a collaborative, approachable firm.

Working closely with experienced practitioners, you'll advise individuals, families, developers, investors and business owners across a diverse mix of legal matters, including:

• Residential and commercial conveyancing


• Property development transactions and financing arrangements


• Commercial property acquisitions, disposals and leasing


• Relationship property matters


• Trusts, wills and enduring powers of attorney


• SME business sales, purchases and commercial transactions


• Civil litigation disputes

We're interested in lawyers who:

• Have at least 2 years' PQE


• Have experience in property, private client or general practice law


• Enjoy building trusted relationships with clients


• Are commercially minded and solutions focused


• Have strong communication and relationship management skills
