Job summary

Tribe Group in New Zealand is seeking a proactive Maintenance Co-ordinator to join our busy property portfolio. You will manage planned and reactive maintenance requests, coordinate with maintenance partners from start to finish, and work with contractors, residents and internal teams to keep issues moving.

You’ll thrive in a high-volume, process-driven environment, stay calm under pressure, and bring strong organisation, clear communication and problem-solving to ensure timely, quality outcomes

Qualifications

  • Experience across property, maintenance, or facilities environments.
  • Able to handle high-volume workload and meet service delivery targets.
  • Independent worker who takes initiative and resolves issues early.
  • Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities quickly.

Responsibilities

About The Opportunity
  • Manage planned and reactive maintenance requests across a busy property portfolio.
  • Receive requests from internal teams and coordinate with maintenance partners from start to finish.
  • Work closely with contractors, internal teams and residents to keep maintenance moving and issues resolved quickly.
  • Keep on top of deadlines, costs and quality standards to ensure a smooth experience for residents.
  • Bring strong organisation and communication to a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
  • Play a key role in maintaining quality homes across Wellington and the South Island.

  • Comfortable working independently, taking initiative and resolving issues before they elevate.
  • Collaborative team player with strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and able to shift priorities quickly when things change.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
