Job summary

Ngāi Tahu Property, a major property developer and wholly-owned Ngāi Tahu Holdings entity, is seeking a Development Manager to join the Christchurch-based Property team. You will be responsible for the initiation, management and completion of property development projects aligned with our medium- and long-term strategies.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Property, Valuation, Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in property development management.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, manage and complete property development projects aligned with Ngāi Tahu Property’s strategies.
• Source growth opportunities and translate them into developments.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes.
• Manage multiple budgets and projects with financial literacy.
• Apply Treaty of Waitangi principles and Ngāi Tahu values in decision-making.
