Established in 1994, Ngāi Tahu Property is one of the largest property developers in Te Waipounamu with a range of successful residential and commercial developments.. As a wholly-owned Business Unit of Ngāi Tahu Holdings, Ngāi Tahu Property contributes to our overall mission to protect and grow the Ngāi Tahu tribal pūtea and Settlement assets for future generations – mō tātou, ā, mō kā uri ā muri ake nei (for us and our children after us).
The Role
Reporting to the National Development Manager you will be responsible for the initiation, management and completion of property development projects aligned with Ngāi Tahu Property’s medium and long term strategies. In this role you will require strong relationship building and influencing skills with an ability to source growth opportunities that will translate into developments.
