Qualifications

• NZ Legal Executive qualification or equivalent.
• Solid background in property and conveyancing.
• Experience across residential, rural or commercial property is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage property transactions from instruction through to settlement.
• Prepare conveyancing documents and settlement statements.
• Coordinate with clients, banks and other parties.
• Assist with rural property and subdivision matters.
• Support property ownership and trust arrangements.
• Maintain accurate files and manage deadlines.
