Job summary

Savills is seeking an Administration Manager for The Palms Shopping Centre in Christchurch. You will support efficient operations and financial performance, working closely with the Centre Manager, site team, tenants and stakeholders to ensure governance and accuracy across all administrative processes.

Key duties include lease data management, credit control, supplier invoices, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Proficiency with property management software, MRI preferred.
• Accounting qualifications are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the centre’s overall property administration.
• Liaise with stakeholders to maintain lease data.
• Manage credit control, debt management and client reporting.
• Oversee and process all supplier invoices.
• Support budget management and financial reporting.
• Monitor supplementary income streams (casual mall leasing, turnover rent, percentage rent).
• Assist with purchase order management.
• Prepare and manage the centre’s reporting requirements.
