Hawkins in Wellington is seeking an experienced commercial construction Project Manager to lead our Lower North team on current and secured forward workload. You will ensure safety, quality, cost and schedule are managed across projects typically above $30 million and you'll nurture strong client and site-team relationships.
You'll collaborate with Site Management, Quantity Surveyors and engineers, guiding the project team, reporting progress, and mentoring junior staff to uphold Hawkins'

As our Lower North team expands to meet the needs of our current projects and secured forward workload, we now have an opportunity for an experienced commercial construction Project Manager to join us based in Wellington.
You will have a proven record of ensuring the requirements of safety, quality, cost and time are maintained through the duration of our projects. Essential, will be your experience working on a variety of commercial construction projects over $30m.
There will be plenty of interaction with Site Management, Quantity Surveyors, Engineers and clients, so you'll need to be a natural at developing and maintaining great relationships as well as coaching and mentoring of your project team. You'll be a key member of our team and will get to work with some of New Zealand's most knowledgeable construction professionals.
