We’re looking for a Construction Project Manager to take ownership of project programmes, pricing, financials, and overall delivery performance. This is a key role in ensuring our projects are well planned, run efficiently, and are delivered profitably.

About the position

Working with our delivery team, you’ll focus on commercial outcomes of each job, you’ll establish budgets, pricing and review outcomes of our orchard developments.

Key responsibilities:
  • Build and manage project programmes and timelines
  • Oversee project budgets, forecasting, and financial performance

About You

To be successful in this position you will need to be someone who takes 100% ownership of your work. At SCH we deliver for our customers and you will be focused on delivering the best financial outcomes on your projects.

You’ll bring:
  • Experience in construction project management – this could be from a Development, Consulting or client side. We will also be open to individuals with a background in civil, residential or commercial environment too (an understanding of Orchards and Horticulture would be a plus)
  • Strong understanding of project planning, pricing, and financials
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and keep them moving
  • Good communication skills with both site teams and leadership
  • A practical, solutions-focused mindset
  • High level of ownership and accountability
