Job summary

A leading construction conglomerate is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all aspects of large-scale residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing projects from $70 million upwards with at least 7 years of industry experience. You'll lead project planning and execution, develop schedules and budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Qualifications

Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale residential projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
  • Manage and mentor a team of project professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
