Tetra Pak Food Solutions - Powder is seeking a proactive Project Engineer - Powder Handling to join our Hamilton, NZ team. If you're a self-starter with exceptional communication skills and expertise in the field, we'd love to hear from you!
Join our dynamic Powder Handling team and be at the heart of innovative projects! As a key player, you'll focus on drafting and design, implementation and commissioning working closely with clients to develop and refine concept designs while managing budget estimates for our Powder Handling projects.
Your role will involve creating detailed mechanical engineering designs for milk powder projects, including P&IDs, fabrication, layout, and mechanical drawings. You'll also be responsible for preparing as-built drawings and technical documentation.
With a large proportion of offshore projects this position offers hands-on involvement in project installation, commissioning and validation with opportunities to travel and see your designs come to life. If you're a detail-oriented professional with a passion for drafting and engineering, we'd love to have you on our team!
The position is office based in Hamilton, NZ.
You will be travelling up to 25% of your time to our customer sites.
