Job summary

Fulton Hogan Ltd is launching its first wind farm project in Amberley. We seek a Project Engineer to plan, coordinate and set up the Amberley-based project for smooth execution on site, ahead of main works.

You will lead day-to-day engineering delivery with a strong focus on planning, sequencing and keeping work moving, while mentoring developing engineers and coordinating subcontractors to meet the programme and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience operating at Project Engineer level on civil infrastructure projects.
  • Strong logistics and coordination skills for large or complex works.
  • Structural or bridge experience applicable to wind farm settings.
  • Collaborative, low-ego style with ability to mentor staff.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day engineering delivery on site with a focus on planning and sequencing.
  • Own logistics management across key activities including large concrete pours.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to deliver safe, quality outcomes on programme.

This is a hands-on role with real responsibility. You’ll need to back yourself, think clearly when plans shift, and make good calls when it counts.We’re after someone already operating confidently at **Project Engineer level**.
