Mō te tūranga | About the role
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery on a major industrial construction project in Invercargill.
This is varied, hands-on work inside a live operational environment, with phase one focused on civil, drainage, and building modification works, and future stages expected to include mechanical, structural steel, electrical, and commissioning scopes. It's the kind of role that needs broad construction nous, strong leadership, and someone who knows how to keep moving parts working together.
You'll be leading a project with real complexity, multiple subcontractors on site, and high expectations around safety, programme, and commercial performance. If you're a well-rounded Project Manager with a strong heavy civil foundation, particularly around reinforced concrete structures, and you're comfortable leading in challenging environments, this could be a great next step.
We're open to candidates based in Invercargill or someone able to work FIFO between Christchurch and Invercargill.

Ko wai mātou | About us
At Fulton Hogan, Good Work is more than what we deliver. It's how we work, how we treat each other, and how we keep moving forward. We're not big on hierarchy or big egos. We back good people, value good ideas, and work side by side to get the job done.
You'll join a team that takes the work seriously, not ourselves. The vibe is down to earth and supportive, but when the stakes are high, we switch on. If you want meaningful work, real responsibility, and a team that's friendly, capable, and up for a challenge, you'll fit right in.
