Fulton Hogan Ltd in Kaitaia is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Far North branch, guiding ~60 staff and up to $30m budget. You will ensure safe, on-time delivery of civil and roading work, shape the plan, and strengthen client and community relationships while driving growth for the future.

The role requires 5+ years in management, strong financial acumen, a relevant engineering qualification and a current Class 1 license. A proactive, safety-focused leader is essential.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll lead around 60 people and oversee a branch with an operating budget of up to $30m.This is a big role with real impact.
