Commerce Commission in New Zealand is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Operations & Delivery across infrastructure regulation projects. We're looking for a Project Coordinator to help keep a wide range of work programmes and projects running smoothly across our Infrastructure Regulation Branch. This is a permanent opportunity based in either our Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) or Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington) office.

This role provides coordination, administrative and financial project support across a variety of teams within the Branch, with a particular focus on supporting the Commission's emerging work as the independent regulator of development levies.
You will work closely with project managers and subject matter experts, helping to coordinate activities, maintain project documentation, support reporting and budgeting processes, and ensure information is accurately managed. The role offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to contribute to work that has a meaningful impact on infrastructure services and outcomes for New Zealand communities.

The indicative salary range for this role is $75,139 - $88,399 plus 3.5% KiwiSaver employer contribution. The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary which reflects their individual skills, experience, and internal relativities across the organisation.

Previous experience supporting projects, programmes, regulatory work, public sector initiatives or policy-related work would be beneficial, but is not essential.
