Job summary

The NZ Commerce Commission is seeking a Project Coordinator for Infrastructure Regulation, based in Auckland or Wellington. You will coordinate activities, support project documentation, reporting and budgeting, and ensure information is well managed to support a broad regulatory agenda.

You will work with project managers and subject matter experts, bringing strong organisational and communication skills to keep multiple workstreams on track.

Qualifications

• Proven administration or project coordination experience.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to support a range of teams.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
