The High Tech Crime Group is looking for an awesome Project Coordinator to support our work on a 12-month fixed term.

With much on the go, we require a smart, capable and energetic person to lead project coordination and office administration. This role requires someone who is a whizz at multitasking, is proficient in Microsoft tools, quick to learn, and can spot an opportunity to add value. You’ll be responsible for managing purchasing, financial tracking, and project reporting, as well as leading the development of business cases and change requests.

You will also need to be able to manage the licensing agreements and renewals for the key tools used within the group.

While technical skills aren't a requirement for this role, having an interest in technology, or a willingness to learn would be a great fit with our team culture.

You will have a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in whatever is needed. This is an operationally focused group so you will need to be able switch priorities and focus quickly.

NZ Citizen who has resided continuously in NZ for the last10 years, or:

• A Permanent Resident who has resided continuously in NZ for the last 10 years, or
• A citizen of or has resided continuously in one or more of the following countries for the last 10 years: Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, or United States of America, and has a background that can be verified by the NZSIS.

This position is covered by a collective agreement, and salary will commence between $88,179 and $101,804 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
