Te Aho o Te Kahu, the Cancer Control Agency, is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide high-quality coordination and administrative support to the Central Regional Hub and related agency programmes. As a Project Coordinator with Te Aho o Te Kahu | Cancer Control Agency, you will provide high-quality project coordination and administrative support to the Central Regional Hub team, as well as a range of Agency projects and work programmes. Working alongside experienced leaders and stakeholders, you’ll help keep projects on track, coordinate key activities, and ensure high-quality outcomes are delivered.No two days will be the same, with a mix of project coordination, stakeholder engagement, relationship management and operational support in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment where your contribution will have a meaningful impact.
In this role, you will:
Te Aho o Te Kahu, the Cancer Control Agency, provides national leadership for and oversight of cancer control.
Te Aho o Te Kahu takes a whole-of-system focus on preventing and managing cancer and oversees system-wide prioritisation and coordination of cancer care in New Zealand. It is accountable for ensuring transparency of progress towards the goals and outcomes in the National Cancer Action Plan. Te Aho o Te Kahu is equity-led, knowledge-driven, person/whānau-centred and outcomes focused.
