Job summary

Fujitsu Australia Limited is seeking an organized Project Coordinator to support delivery of projects, programs and PMO services. You will coordinate documentation, reporting, planning, financial administration and governance activities to contribute to successful outcomes.

Working alongside Project Managers and PMO teams, you will manage schedules, risk registers, and communications, ensuring compliance with methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO Coordinator, Project Support Officer, or similar role.
  • Exposure to project delivery methodologies and governance frameworks.
  • Strong administration, reporting, and document management capabilities.
  • Experience maintaining project plans, risk registers, and financial records.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project collaboration tools.
  • A collaborative approach and commitment to supporting successful project outcomes.
  • Experience supporting large-scale technology, transformation, or business projects.
  • Exposure to PMO environments and project reporting frameworks.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain project management tools and repositories, ensuring project documentation is organised, accessible, and up to date.

  • Support project and program change management processes and governance requirements.
  • Coordinate the collection and reporting of project financial information, ensuring stakeholders have visibility of project performance and forecasts.
  • Assist with project and program resource planning activities.
  • Organise project meetings, workshops, reviews, and stakeholder forums, including scheduling, agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO and project delivery processes.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of projects, programs, and PMO services. In this role, you will provide coordination and administrative support across a range of project activities, ensuring established processes and standards are followed to maintain project quality, governance, and reporting requirements.

Working alongside Project Managers, PMO teams, and key stakeholders, you will play an important role in coordinating documentation, reporting, planning, financial administration, and project governance activities that contribute to successful project outcomes.
