Job summary

Gallagher's eShepherd team in Hamilton, New Zealand, is seeking a Project Coordinator to work with our Project Manager and cross‑functional teams to keep product development moving forward.

You'll coordinate engineering and product development projects, maintain plans and documentation, track actions, risks and milestones, and support design verification, product validation, and production readiness across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience supporting or coordinating projects
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Confidence working across multiple teams and priorities
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing or product development environments is advantageous

Job description

We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing eShepherd team in Hamilton, New Zealand.

eShepherd is Gallagher's virtual fencing platform, helping farmers manage grazing remotely using GPS-enabled technology and software that is changing the future of livestock management.

As Project Coordinator, you'll work alongside our Project Manager and collaborate with teams across engineering, software, hardware, manufacturing, operations and supply chain to keep product development projects moving forward.
