Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC) Wellington is seeking a Programme Coordinator on a fixed-term/secondment to end of March 2027. You will provide business, coordination and administrative support to the Director, Delivery Unit and PAG Advisor, ensuring timely delivery of priority reports and care in information management.

The opportunity is available while the current Programme Coordinator takes up a development secondment.
As Programme Coordinator, you will provide business, coordination and administrative support to the Director, Delivery Unit and PAG Advisor and the wider Delivery Unit.
Your work will help ensure important processes, information and reporting are well organised, accurate and delivered on time.

A relevant qualification is desirable, but equivalent knowledge, skills and experience will also be considered.
The salary for this role is band 15 with a range of $83,449 - $92,000 Total Remuneration (including KiwiSaver) .
This role is based in our Wellington office and is primarily office-based, with the team working on site five days a week. DPMC supports reasonable flexibility on a case-by-case basis, depending on the needs of the role and team.
You will be required to satisfactorily complete DPMC's pre-employment checks (credit check and MoJ Criminal Record check).
