Hamilton City Council's Infrastructure and Assets Group seeks a proactive Programme Coordinator for a fixed term to 30 June 2027. You will support the capital programme through the Portfolio Office, ensuring projects stay aligned, informed and progressing.
You’ll coordinate governance, reporting, and documentation across multiple infrastructure projects, build capability, and work with diverse stakeholders while adhering to council policies and health and safety practices.

We’re looking for a proactiveProgramme Coordinatorsto join our Infrastructure and Assets Group on a fixed term basis that runs until 30 June 2027. This team is responsible for planning, building, and maintaining the assets that keep our city running.
In this role, you’ll work within theDesign & Deliver Unit, supporting the coordination and delivery of our capital programme through the Portfolio Office. You’ll play a key role in keeping projects aligned, informed, and moving forward.
This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll support programme and project governance, coordination, and reporting across multiple infrastructure projects.
