Help keep Hamilton City Council’s facilities running at their best. Working alongside our Facilities Technical Manager, you’ll provide technical advice and hands on support across a diverse portfolio of buildings and facilities. From identifying issues and finding practical solutions to helping improve the performance of building systems, you’ll play an important role in creating safe, efficient, and well-maintained environments for our teams and community.
In this varied role, you’ll support condition assessments and other facilities related work programmes, troubleshoot faults and coordinate repairs, and work closely with contractors and internal teams to ensure work is completed to a high standard.You’ll also help ensure our facilities meet relevant standards and compliance requirements while contributing ideas that improve reliability, performance, and long-term asset outcomes.
