Job summary

Programmed GO is seeking a production worker for a chiller environment in Wiri. You will join a busy production line, handling meat products, packing and labeling, and helping ensure food safety and quality standards are met.

Training is provided, and the role offers an immediate start in a cold environment with a supportive team. Ideal candidates are physically fit, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced setting, with shifts that may include weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in meat processing or food manufacturing is preferred but not essential.
• Able to work in a cold/chilled environment.
• Physically fit for repetitive manual work and lifting up to 20 kg.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Commitment to food safety and site procedures.
• All applicants must be able to pass drug and alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate on a production line and assist with meat processing and handling.
• Pack, label and prepare products for shipment.
• Maintain clean and hygienic work areas according to safety procedures.
• Follow food safety procedures and site rules.
• Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Shifts: Between Monday - Sunday Potential time: 12:00pm to 11:00pm

(Candidates who are willing to work on Saturday/Sunday will be given preference)

About your new role:

• Working on a production line
• Meat processing and handling
• Packing, labelling and preparing products
