Programmed Maintenance Services is seeking a Production Worker for a chiller environment in Wiri. Join an iconic food manufacturing client and start immediately with full training provided. Work on a production line handling meat products, packing, labeling and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Role involves standing for long periods in a cold environment, lifting up to 20kg, and following site procedures. Good attendance, teamwork, and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in meat processing, food manufacturing or production is preferred but not essential.
• Comfortable working in a cold/chilled environment.
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual work.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety.
• Ability to follow instructions and food safety procedures.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Full working rights in New Zealand.
• Able to pass drug and alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Working on a production line.
