We sell direct-to-consumer, on Amazon, and through retail partners across the US, GCC, and UK. We're a fast-growing team that moves with urgency, values real relationships, and sets the bar - not just meets it.
Manukora's Production team is looking for a Production Technician to manufacture our world-class Mānuka honey products safely, on schedule, and to standard, from equipment operation through to quality control, cleaning, and documentation. Food safety & quality compliance: work within food safety and regulatory standards at all times; raise deviations, product, process or hygiene risks immediately and own the corrective/preventative actions.
Cleaning, sanitation & maintenance: own the cleanliness of your work area to RMP and food hygiene standards; run CIP safely; report equipment defects same-shift; monitor material availability ahead of runs.
Health & safety: model correct PPE use; work safely in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015; report hazards, incidents and near misses without delay.
Documentation: complete logsheets and batch records step-by-step during the run, not reconstructed afterward; keep records RMP-compliant; contribute to SOP/BMR updates.
Cross-functional support: work effectively with processing, packing, warehouse, technical, engineering and quality teams.
