Job summary

Canary Enterprises Ltd in Hamilton is seeking motivated Operators to join their manufacturing team on a full-time basis. Roles run Monday to Friday with early and late shifts, and a shift allowance for afternoons.

Applicants must have the right to work in New Zealand and commit to continuous training and development within a dairy production context. The successful candidates will operate and monitor production lines, set up equipment, prepare materials, and ensure product quality while

• Machine operating or manufacturing experience.

• Physical fitness, including lifting up to 25kg on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring production machinery.
• Setting up and adjusting manufacturing equipment.
• Preparing ingredients, packaging and production materials.
• Filling, mixing, packing and stacking products.
• Monitoring product quality throughout the production process.
• Completing production records and documentation.
• Cleaning equipment and maintaining housekeeping standards.
• Assisting with machine changeovers.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Working safely and collaboratively to achieve daily production targets.
