Job summary

Manukora is seeking a Production Technician in New Zealand to manufacture Mānuka honey products safely and on schedule. You will operate processing, filling and packing equipment, perform QC checks, and maintain batch records and sanitation in a fast-paced setting.

You will own documentation, follow SOPs, and support cross-functional teams while upholding health and safety standards and contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in food manufacturing with pumping/processing machinery.
• NCEA Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of RMP principles and aseptic environments.
• Ability to lift at least 20 kg and perform manual handling.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to write SOPs and deviation reports.

Responsibilities

• Operate processing, filling and packing equipment to SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records.
• Complete QC checks and logs; support training of other staff; drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain cleaning, sanitation and equipment maintenance to RMP/food hygiene standards.
• Raise deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Collaborate with processing, packing, warehouse, engineering and quality teams.
