Job summary

BOC Limited New Zealand is seeking a hands-on Production Operator to join our Canterbury site in Sockburn. This is a practical role handling filling, testing and refurbishing gas cylinders, and operating the equipment that keeps our packaged gases moving.

You will follow procedures, maintain quality, support daily production plans and help minimise waste while delivering friendly service to internal and external customers. A safety-minded, team-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production, manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience with manual handling or other physical work.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• A strong commitment to working safely.
• A team-focused approach and willingness to help out.
• A forklift licence would be an advantage.
