Job summary

Temperzone is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. This permanent full-time role runs 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am–4:00 pm, in Auckland. You will drive performance, lead teams, and optimise production processes to meet business goals.

The role requires 5+ years’ experience in production or process management, strong leadership and ERP expertise. CAD proficiency (SolidWorks/Inventor/AutoCAD) is preferred as we continuously improve through

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in production or process management, ideally within HVAC or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of production systems, BOMs, MRP and ERP platforms.
• Proficiency with CAD tools: SolidWorks or Inventor; AutoCAD experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth operation of production machinery; ensure safety compliance and maintenance standards.
• Lead and motivate production teams; manage staffing, performance, training and succession planning.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce downtime.
