Job summary

Roll & Fold is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead the manufacturing operation, build capability and drive continuous improvement. You’ll be responsible for safety, quality, productivity and on-time customer delivery while developing a high-performing team.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on improving systems, developing people, creating accountability, and building a business that gets better daily. You’ll report to the MD and work with sales, dispatch and operations.

Roll & Fold is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operation and help shape the next stage of our journey.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity and customer delivery while building a strong, engaged production team.

We're not simply looking for someone to manage today's production schedule. We're looking for a leader who can improve systems, develop people, create accountability, and help build a business that gets better every day.

About the Role

As Production Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operation of the production team, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Reporting directly to the Managing Directors, you'll work closely with internal teams across sales, dispatch and operations to ensure customer commitments are consistently delivered on time and in full.
