An opportunity exists for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our business based in Mount Wellington. We supply to a variety of food businesses within NZ and Australia, including food manufacturers, bakers and the food service industry. We are looking for an experienced food Production Supervisor to join our team;

Responsibilities

• Production supervision – overseeing production day shift, ensuring the team keep to the production schedule
• Inwards, dispatch supervision, covering other admin supervising tasks

Qualifications

• Operational experience in a complex labour environment – ideally with some exposure to FMCG,
• Previous experience in supervising, coaching and motivating teams of people, someone who can be firm where required
• Good with math's and planning
• A champion for health and safety,
• Great problem solving,
• Tertiary qualifications in business, logistics or a related area are preferable. Experience with MS Office required.

The position offers plenty of scope, challenge, and variety. This is a hands-on role, where you will need to be prepared to muck in and help the team.
