Job summary

Compass Group New Zealand is seeking an organised Production Administrator/Analyst to join the Hamilton Manufacturing Unit. You will transform production data into actionable insights and support planning, monitoring and optimisation of operations.

This permanent role offers 40 guaranteed hours per week, dashboards, analysis of attainment, labour efficiency, yield and downtime, and collaboration with managers to drive improvements. On-site work with benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in administration, office management or operations coordination.
• Excellent organisational, multitasking and time-management capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office 365 and CRM, ERP or SAP systems.

• Develop and maintain production dashboards and performance reports.
• Analyse production attainment, labour efficiency, yield, waste and downtime.

We are looking for an organised and analytical Production Administrator/Analyst to join our team at the Hamilton Manufacturing Unit.

This is a permanent position with 40 guaranteed hours per week. You will support the effective planning, monitoring and optimisation of manufacturing operations through accurate reporting, data analysis and administration.

You will provide valuable insights into production performance, labour efficiency, yield, waste, capacity utilisation and operational trends. Working closely with managers and other teams, you will help improve processes and support informed operational decision-making.

• Develop and maintain production dashboards and performance reports.


• Analyse production attainment, labour efficiency, yield, waste and downtime.


• Coordinate meetings, correspondence, expenses and capital expenditure submissions.


• Maintain injury management, repairs and maintenance records and reporting.


• Support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and cross-departmental administration.


• One to three years’ experience in administration, office management or operations coordination.


• Excellent organisational, multitasking and time-management capabilities.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Confidence using Microsoft Office 365 and CRM, ERP or SAP systems.


• Strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to resolve operational issues.


• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field would be advantageous.
