Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience in a marketing role, or in a related scientific, engineering, clinical, or sales environment
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential
• Experience in the medical device industry or a regulated environment would be advantageous
• Combination of technical understanding and marketing capability

Responsibilities

• Develop actionable insight into the China market landscape to inform local priorities and growth plans for neonatal and paediatric business
• Support lifecycle management of China-specific Infant Care products, including portfolio planning, forecasting, product updates, and monitoring performance
• Identify China market needs and opportunities, collaborating with R&D, Clinical, Sales, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams
• Represent China market requirements within global portfolio planning, product development, and launch activities
• Create clear messaging, sales tools, and education materials supporting sales, clinical, and commercial teams
• Build and apply strong product and therapy knowledge grounded in clinical use environments

The Team

The Infant Care Marketing Team supports the strategy and execution of therapy‑led portfolios used in neonatal and paediatric care globally. The team brings together strong product knowledge, disciplined messaging, and consistent execution to ensure therapies perform effectively in real clinical environments.

This role sits within the Market Focus marketing team, which partners with markets around the world to support the growth of our product portfolio. It will work closely with our China commercial team and global sales partners to translate local market needs into practical marketing activity for Infant Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop actionable insight into the China market landscape to inform local priorities and growth plans for the neonatal and paediatric business
• Support lifecycle management of China-specific Infant Care products, including portfolio planning, forecasting, product updates, and monitoring commercial performance to inform local priorities and decision-making.
• Identify China market needs and opportunities, working with R&D, Clinical, Sales, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams to develop solutions that address them
• Represent China market requirements within global portfolio planning, product development, and launch activities
• Create clear messaging, sales tools, and education materials that support sales, clinical, and commercial teams
• Build and apply strong product and therapy knowledge, grounded in clinical use environments and customer needs
• Work closely with cross‑functional partners in Sales, Clinical, R&D, Regulatory, and Manufacturing to deliver agreed outcomes
• Support in‑market activity and launch execution while ensuring local materials align with global Infant Care branding and portfolio messaging

About You

You are curious, commercially minded, and comfortable working between technical detail, clinical context, and market strategy.

You bring:

• 5-7 years’ experience in a marketing role, or in a related scientific, engineering, clinical, or sales environment
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential
• Experience in the medical device industry, healthcare, or a similarly regulated environment would be advantageous
• A combination of technical understanding and marketing capability, gained through qualifications and/or experience
• An interest in healthcare and improving outcomes for neonatal and paediatric patients
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain clinical and technical information clearly and confidently
• The ability to work effectively within cross‑functional teams and manage multiple workstreams
• A structured, dependable approach, with a focus on follow‑through and delivery
