Responsibilities

• Develop actionable market insights for the China neonatal and paediatric portfolio.
• Support lifecycle management, portfolio planning, and forecasting with local teams.
• Identify market needs with R&D, clinical, sales, regulatory, and manufacturing.
• Represent China requirements in global portfolio planning and launches.
• Create messaging, sales tools, and education materials for sales and clinical teams.
• Build product knowledge grounded in clinical use and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Clinical, R&D, Regulatory, and Manufacturing to deliver outcomes.
• Support in‑market activity and ensure local materials align with global branding.
