Job summary

Cycle & Carriage Industries Pte Ltd in New Zealand is seeking a Product Expert with Mercedes-Benz to work closely with the Sales team on product enquiries, presentations and delivery duties.

You will communicate product details, demonstrate features, train the Sales team, and stay well-informed about the automotive market, accessories, technologies and functions.

Qualifications

• Well-versed in automotive product/technical know-how.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and competitor environment.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present and engage a group of audience.
• Ability to work independently with strong analytical and planning skills.
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of computer skills and mobile devices.
• Have a passion for cars.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team through enthusiastic and convincing communication of the product details, creating high awareness of and excitement about the functions and configuration to the customers.
• Address the customers' questions and demonstrates vehicle features as well as assisting them to select the vehicle that best suits their needs.
• Conduct internal product training so as to improve the general product knowledge with updates and knowledge tests for the Sales team.
• As a member of our team, you will be expected to be very well-informed and knowledgeable about the automotive market, product knowledge, accessories, technologies, features and functions.
