You will mentor engineers, lead technical direction, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality medical devices.

The role emphasizes ownership, initiative, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a dynamic healthcare environment, contributing to outcomes that improve patient care.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Development or Industrial Design.
• Experience in medical product development is preferred.
• Ability to deliver projects from concept to implementation.
• Strong communication and collaboration across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive enhancement of the Airvo platform and explore future opportunities.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate across teams.
• Mentor and support other engineers to grow capability.
• Develop medical design-control documentation and ensure regulatory readiness.
