Qualifications

• Requires a mechanical/biomedical engineering degree and strong product development background.
• Demonstrated ability to lead development projects from concept to release.
• Proven experience mentoring engineers and guiding teams through complex challenges.
• Excellent communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
