Job summary

Westpac New Zealand is seeking a Product Analyst to join the Business Products & Payments team and help shape and optimise a portfolio of business banking products for commercial customers.

You'll analyse product performance, deliver insights and recommendations, and work with product managers and stakeholders to drive initiatives across lending, deposit and trade products, with a clear pathway to future Product Manager opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Product and Banking or financial services experience is advantageous, particularly within business banking.
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management experience from related fields such as commercial analysis or project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse product performance and customer insights to support business decisions.
  • Deliver reporting, insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support ongoing development and management of Working Capital products.
  • Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and product improvements.
  • Build relationships across the business and contribute to product governance and portfolio activities.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Westpac's Business Products & Payments team as a Product Analyst and work alongside experienced Product Managers, helping shape and optimise a portfolio of business banking products that support our valued business customers every day.
