Job summary

Foodstuffs North Island is seeking a Produce Assistant for a permanent role in our produce department. The position requires availability to work one weekend day, and the candidate should be physically fit with a strong eye for detail and customer focus.

You will support day-to-day operations to help the produce department run smoothly, while ensuring product freshness and quality and delivering excellent customer service to shoppers.

Qualifications

• Produce department experience is a plus (if any).

Job description

We are looking for a Produce Assistant. This is a permanent position must be able to work one day in the weekend. Physically fit, customer focused and have an eye for detail.

Our previous advertised Managers position has been now filled but we still require an assistant to help with the day to day requirements for the produce department to run smoothly.
