New World Kaiapoi is seeking a commercially minded Produce Manager to lead the Produce Department with energy and high standards. You will drive quality, presentation and safety while delivering excellent service to the local community.

The role focuses on coaching the team, optimising stock, managing costs, and maintaining pricing accuracy to ensure a top-performing department.

New World Kaiapoi is looking for an enthusiastic, commercially minded Produce Manager to take the reins of our Produce Department and make it something truly special. We're passionate about delivering the freshest, highest-quality fruit and vegetables to our local community, and we need a strong leader who can bring energy, pride and outstanding standards to the department every day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading, coaching and developing the team to build a positive, high-performing culture.
• Managing ordering, stock rotation and availability while minimising waste.
• Taking ownership of sales, gross profit, wages and rosters.
• Maintaining exceptional produce quality, presentation and food safety standards.
• Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring pricing accuracy.

Hours

Ideally Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00am–2:00pm.
