Job summary

Restaurant Brands is seeking a commercially savvy Procurement Manager to oversee indirect categories and corporate services across the organisation. You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape procurement strategy and deliver value across NZ and international operations.

Reporting to the Chief Supply Chain Officer, you will lead end-to-end sourcing, negotiate supplier contracts, and drive continuous improvement in cost, quality and delivery metrics through data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a related discipline.
• Experience as Procurement Manager, Category Manager, or Procurement Leader.
• Experience negotiating complex supplier contracts.
• Strong supplier relationship and stakeholder management.
• Advanced Excel and financial forecasting skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with objectives.
• Drive procurement planning and category management initiatives.
• Monitor supplier markets for opportunities and risks.
• Deliver procurement savings and value creation.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and supplier selection.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts.
• Build strong supplier partnerships ensuring supply continuity.
• Measure and improve supplier performance on cost, quality, delivery.
• Analyze procurement performance and spending trends.
• Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement and value engineering.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and commercial decisions.
